Discovering Design with Chemistry by Dr. Jay L. Wile, Answer Key & Tests for Discovering Design with Chemistry, 3-ring binder (1.5 inch)
In order to be successful in this class students must have completed Algebra 1. This course is designed to be a first-year high school chemistry course and gives the students a rigorous foundation in order to prepare them for a college-level course. This course covers units, significant figures, atomic theory, ionic and covalent compounds, physical and chemical changes, stoichiometry, molarity and molality, gas laws, acids and bases, oxidation and reduction, thermodynamics and kinetics. Students will also learn how to write a strong lab report. Students who take and understand this course will be very well prepared for a tough university course.
