Jr Pastry Chef (Savory), 6-12, 2:00-3:30 Tu
In this class, students will continue to learn different techniques commonly used in bakeries around the world. However, in this class we will develop recipes that show the savory side of baking. Menu items such as empanadas, mushroom tortes, and garlic chive scones. This class will continue to encourage students to explore basic recipes but also giving them the confidence to take a recipe and create their own variation of it.
