Science & Art of Food, 2-3, 1:00
This class will allow students the opportunity to explore unique experiments all involving some sort of food item. Each week we will have a fun, hands on lesson, diving into interesting food facts/characteristics, science, nutrition, art and even history regarding the particular food topic. This class will encourage students to explore food in their home kitchens as more of a laboratory, developing a sense of curiosity and creativity! The curriculum has been created by me, based on experience in my career field over the years. There will be handouts in some classes but nothing that will need to be purchased outside of the class.
