STEM Parent Advisory Committee
The STEM Board is delighted to introduce to you the STEM Parent Advisory Committee (STEM PAC). The PAC members (Holli Billings, Anna Claspell, and Jen Scheib) were nominated by peers and then selected to serve as an extension of the board in a variety of ways for STEM Families.
Holli has been homeschooling two of her four children since August 2018 when she stopped working full time outside of the home, and began a part time at-home position. She has experience in training, administrative work, event coordinating and facility management. The majority of her work has been in event management at a large church (9 years) and various roles with community wide non-profit events (2003-2018). She is thankful to be able to stay home with her children while also being involved in the community as those opportunities present themselves.
Anna Claspell is the mother of seven children and is married to Brian. She received her Teaching degree from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. Anna has homeschooled her children for the last 12 years. She has taught at various homeschool co-ops and has led several informational sessions for potential homeschool parents. Anna has a passion for learning new things, helping others, playing board games with her family and dabbling in family history in her spare time.
Jen Scheib is a native of Pittsburgh and mother of three. A documentary photographer of over 16 years with a speciality in candid outdoor play, Jen is the photographer for Greensboro Downtown Parks and can often be found capturing families at playgrounds and events for parks marketing. In her spare time, she loves to travel between Hilton Head and Orlando. Jen has a BA in Information Systems and Management from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.
